Template of the Nucleus of the Solitary Tract (Priovoulos et al., 2019, Neuroimage)
This template was made from 20 young participants who underwent a MT-TFL 0.4x0.4x0.5 mm scan.
These scans were warped to the MNI 0.5mm space and averaged. Segmentation was drawn by hand.
The following files can be downloaded:
- Code for the brainstem see-through model
- Figure of the mesh model
- Data of the fMRI meta-analysis
- NTS mask in MNI space
- NTS brainstem template in MNI 0.5 mm
- NTS template in MNI 0.5 mm

General statement on data sharing (European data):
Please note that for European projects we are compliant with the EU legislation on the general data protection regulation and local ethical regulations, and for some projects also additional regulations imposed by funding agencies. Requests for the anonymized data of completed projects should be made to Dr. Heidi Jacobs and will be reviewed by an independent data access and ethical committee, taking into account these regulations, the research proposal and intended use of the data. Upon approval of the proposal requestors are required to sign a data sharing agreement to ensure participants' confidentiality is maintained prior to release of any data and that requestors will also conform with the EU legislation on the general data protection regulation and local ethical regulations.
